Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1 business day (Monday-Friday).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Unless you selected a faster shipping method at checkout, standard orders ship via ground shipping from Los Angeles and can be expected to arrive between 1-6 business days depending on how close you are to LA (with east coast taking longest).

How can I check my order status?

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing an order with your order number, and a  link to your order page with updated info on its status. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email or text notification with your shipment's tracking number as well. You can check this tracking number at any time to see the status of your delivery, or sign up for text alerts. Any other issues, please Contact Us.

What shipping methods are available?

Orders ship standard ground (1-6 business days to delivery), but you can select one day or two-day shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Please note, these are the shipping times and do not include the additional 1 business day required for packing the order.

How much does shipping cost?

o Ground: FREE on orders over $40, or $10 otherwise.
o 2-day: $30 on all orders
o 1-day: $50 on all orders

Where do you ship?

FICKS ships to the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally right now.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP. We can generally cancel orders within 5 hours of it being placed, but once an order has been packed it cannot be canceled.

Can I return my order?

FICKS does not allow returns for food safety reasons, but if you have an issue with your order please Contact Us.

My order was damaged in shipping, or isn’t what I ordered.

Does the shipment require a signature when it arrives?

Nope! FICKS Cocktail Mixers and all items in our online store are nonalcoholic, and therefore don’t require a signature.
